Bob Dolajak started playing the accordion at about the age of seventeen, playing for dances, and entertainment and on local radio. Bob has played in duos, trios and with his own seven piece band that he had in Dickinson, North Dakota. Now, with his accordion and new electronics, he is making all the music on his own except when his daughter Julie is booked with him to sing and play guitar and for their popular Polka Masses and Polka Praise Concerts.

Bob and his daughter, Julie Ternes, have been performing together since 1974. Their style of "Polka Praise" music - Christian music set to old time polka and waltz tempos - was born in 1994 when they were asked to do a Polka Mass for a local Catholic Church. The music was well received, and they have been busy with "Polka Praise" ever since.

Besides live performances, Bob and Julie have a collection of cassette tapes and CDs available.
